Banners and cheaters
More cheaters have been removed. They also had many sites that sometimes caused
people problems. Your pageviews may go down, but this for the better.
The banner site is in the process now of being rebuilt. I hope to have it
up and going shortly.

Cheats deleted!
A group of surfers with similar websites have been deleted as having more than 1
account. Also, their sites sometimes had multiple popups, trojans, etc.
Your hit count will go down, but I feel this was necessary.

PTP, PTR, etc.
Any ptr, ptp site that loads another site in an iframe is now banned on Surftiger.
These sites are too hard to police and mess up the majority of surfing.
If you have one now in rotation, it is best that you remove it. If you don't, and
it gets a complaint, it will be removed along with all credits. These credits will not be
credited back to your account.
