Stormpay is now paying per click on their stormclix.
In 2-3 days, you can earn enough for a 1 month gold
upgrade. As a result, we have decided to accept stormpay
for lower priced upgrades.
Keep in mind we still only pay commissions through paypal.
And if you upgrade you get 50% of our net on any of your
referrals that upgrade. Stormpay has higher fees, so your
net would be lower.

while. With no cost out of your pocket, this is an outstanding

I beleive members should be able to promote their referral
ids, not the admin.

People contnue to submit ptp,ptc,etc. pages.
Sorry, we just cannot accept them. They are
not like simple rotators, as any page gets
loaded and cannot be policed.
Also, many pages have ad codes that change on
each load. These are of the same variety.
Chances are, it will not be approved.

More accounts have been deleted due to a suspicion of cheating.
We are trying to run as clean of an exchange as possible. This is just
more of the same in a previous post. Yes, they were very active
members, but a waste of credits. You will see your hits per day
drop accordingly. BUT...the quality will increase. And we actively
recruit members to take their place! How are cheaters caught?
By a strong indication of having more than 1 account.

Last day for basic members to get 10,000 banner impressions on signup.

rotate, or pause banners instantly. No waiting for approval.
Eventually you ad will be check, so make sure you abide by the rules.
When an upgraded members runs out of banner credits, you must email
us. Then more credits will be added. This will force members to check
their banners and stay active every so often.

ptr-ptp-ptc, etc. websites are not welcome anymore on Surftiger.
If you have them, delete them. If not, it could be deleted and all
credits gone. This has been posted several times here.

In fact, it is against many TOS to rotate those sites on traffic exchanges.
As some of you know, it is very VERY hard to regulate sites now.
The ptp type sites just make it harder.
BUT if you really want to promote them, set up a links page or
rotate banners!
