Update

Since coming back up after roughly 2 weeks, there have been 62 new members
signed up. That's about 31 new members each week. Before, it was about
25 new each week. I am doing all I can to get new members.
Many ptp, ptc and layer ads sites have been deleted. These have just
been a pain to surfing, and will not be allowed in the future.
Your credits wil continue to move slow until the members have increased
enough. But if you are in now, you will have banked quite a few credits
when the surfing increases. Also, I have eliminated 2 accounts that were
gaining credits at an enormous rate. There is no reason to cheat
on Surftiger. I don't pay you to surf. So again, the credits will be used up
slower as to the reasons I stated above. But it is easy to surf here.
The fast timer means you can surf Surftiger with any other combination
of traffic exchanges at once and it will not slow anything down.
Surfing more than one exchange is a good prcatice, but if you surf more than
4 at a time, you are losing out and it is not effective. Better to earn
a lot of credits on 2 to 3, then a handful of credits on several.
But, the choice is yours. This is one of the reasons Surftiger has a max
window. It allows more of your site to be seen. Mant traffic exchanges can
be minimized as to only view the surf bar.

Surftiger is back up, but..

Surftiger is back up, but all data in the last 2 to 3 months

was lost. If you joined before December 13th 2005,

you need to read an important message

by clicking here.

This only pertains to those who joined before December 13th.

Latest info

The webhost had a massive server meltdown.
Backups are made daily, but the backups were on that server.
We should know by the end of the day how much is still there, and, have
the site back up. Worse case scenario is the whole site was lost.
I know other traffic exchanges have had this, but I certainly don't
want it.
But if it happens, it happens, nothing really I can do.
I know if that does happen, the site will return, but starting with zero
members which is a pain to get people back signing up.
Whatever happens, upgraded members will be upgraded members on
whatever the site is forced to morph into.
Then a lot of hard work on my part to get things going again.
I am praying THAT does not happen, and only the members who
signed up in the last 24 hours before the meltdown will be the only
data lost. But, I am just preparing myself for the worse.

Server Meltdown

Surftiger's webhost has informed us that there was a massive server meltdown.
It is being restored, from backups, but backups will not be as current as
things were. If you joined or submitted a site within the last 24 hours, it
may need to be resubmitted when things are back up.
