We cannot police popups the way we had wanted. People actually wanted them. So, we are allowing (1)One pop up. They cannot be a freezing popup or dialogue box. If you are surfing without a popup blocker, I urge you to get on. I cannot fathom anyone today, surfing traffic exchanges, without a popup blocker, ant-ivirus, or anti-spyware! I encounter bad files all over other exchanges! Google, Yahoo, and Alexa have decent free popup blockers with anti-spyware. If you surf without them, you are putting your computer at risk!
